Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
If you receive your product and are less than 100% happy with the purchase, please get in touch with me here or at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will organise a replacement for you.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 20 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

• To fulfill your order
• For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
Because leggings are printed and made on demand, please allow for
EU: 2-7 business days processing time AND another 5-10 business days for shipping.
INTL: 2-7 business days processing time AND another 5-10 business days for shipping in the US, Canada and Australia. International from USA takes 5-20 business days.
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color, actual colors may vary, and may look different on the real product than what you see on your computer monitor.
Please make sure to double check the sizing guide before ordering to make the process easier for you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
